The 78L05AC is a size optimized 5V fixed 3-terminal voltage regulator with 5% output voltage tolerance guaranteed. The device delivers 100mA of output current & is equipped with internal limiting + thermal shutdown features for overload immunity.

Optimized die size suits applications requiring 5V regulation within smallest footprint.
